Real Colors is a dynamic workshop experience using a research-based temperament test. Theworkshop provides participants with the skills to understand human behavior, motivators specific to each temperament,and improve communication.
In the Real Colors workshop, participants will:
- Discover strengths of team members
- Understand the value of different points of view
- Learn to work effectively with all team members
- Learn how to blend and motivate members of a team
