EEOC Reporting for Local Governments: What Jurisdictions Need to Know

All local governments with 15 or more employees are required to keep records and to make reports to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Political jurisdictions with 100 or more employees must file biennially and those with 15-99 employees may be selected as a sample of the employers to submit.
