In the Ethics/Nepotism training participants will learn about the Montana Code of Ethics as defined by Title 2, Chapter 2, Part 1 of the Montana Code Annotated as it applied to public elected officials and staff.
Participants will use case studies to highlight the nuance and complexity of the Code of Ethics and explore plausible ethical dilemmas they may face or witness while serving in their public positions.
